The Largest Preseli Bluestone Skull in the World, 64.3 kg (over 10 stone!) of Raw Power !!

A few years ago, I embarked on an extraordinary project: carving a skull from a solid block of Preseli Bluestone – the same legendary stone used to build Stonehenge. Over the course of several years, I worked on it with dedication, patience, and deep respect for the material. The result is a monumental piece weighing 64.3 kilograms, and to the best of my knowledge, this is the largest Preseli Bluestone skull in the world.

If there is evidence of a larger one, I’d love to see it – but until then, this skull stands unmatched.

This piece has brought me profound grounding, clarity, and decisiveness, especially during a major transition in my life and work. Now, it’s time for this powerhouse to be seen by the world, and possibly find a new home. Make no mistake: this is not just a skull.
