Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are shipped for free within 2-10 business days. Insured and with track & trace number. You will automatically receive a message when your package has been shipped. Fedex will be used for orders above € 500.

 

Deutsche Post's expected transit times

  • Western Europe: 2 - 6 working days *
  • Rest of the World: 5 - 12 business days*
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12 - 42 business days

 

FedEx's expected transit times

FEDEX ECONOMY

  • United States & Canada: 3 - 6 business days
  • Europe: 2 - 5 working days
  • Rest of the World: 4 - 8 business days

FEDEX PRIORITY

  • United States & Canada: 1 - 3 business days
  • Europe: 1 - 3 working days
  • Rest of the World: 2 - 5 business days
