Lakelandite Tribal Pendant

This unique Tribal pendant was entirely carved by hand from Lakelandite, a rare volcanic stone found only in the Lake District of England. Its deep, dark surface is naturally marked by pale bytownite feldspar crystals, each one formed approximately 470 million years ago.

The elongated face gives the pendant a mysterious, almost birdlike character... as though an ancient spirit has emerged from the stone.
